Interflote supplies equipment and expertise to the fuel and energy industry within Libya, Algeria, the Russian Federation, and the CIS. Our focus is the introduction and expansion of new standards, equipment, and modern and innovative technologies for industrial and fire safety. To this end, we are exclusive and full-service agents for world-class manufacturers already selling internationally, who have the desire but not the resources or expertise to penetrate these markets. Our local offices are managed and staffed by native Russians, Libyans, and Algerians who have both a sophisticated understanding of their country’s business and an excellent technical grasp of our clients’ products.

Interflote serves as a full-service agent.
“Full-service” includes all of the following:
Turn-key installation including equipment, consumables, and replacement parts, engineering, warranty, and commissioning; training of the customers’ workforce; logistics; customs clearance including customs duties and VAT payments; intermediate financing; local currency to dollar conversion; all local sales and marketing efforts; and more. We provide market penetration, defense against competitors, understanding and management of the various political constituencies, recognition and management of all parties having any sort of vested interest, licensing, compliance with established regulations, and modification of conflicting regulations whenever possible.
Because our target is industrial and fire safety, a key challenge is to guide our clients’ products through the plethora of regulatory agencies and the menagerie of convoluted regulations. Fortunately, our job is made easier when the regulatory agencies recognize that our suppliers offer state-of-the-art science and engineering that will benefit the industries they oversee. Domestically Interflote uses its knowledge in the Oil & Gas industry to help facilitate our trading arm. Interflote actively participates in a very selective subset of trading counterparties, focusing on commodities or trading arrangements where we hold a strategic advantage or superior market position relative to the competition.
